3. Paddle Performance

Product descriptions regarding power, control, spin, feel, durability, and playing characteristics are intended to describe the general design and performance characteristics of our paddles.

Individual results and playing experiences will vary depending on the player, technique, playing conditions, ball, paddle configuration, and other factors. No specific level of performance is guaranteed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incorrectly priced, or intended for unauthorized resale.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

NINJA Pickleball Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

7. Warranty

Any applicable paddle warranty is limited to the warranty terms specifically published by NINJA Pickleball Club.
